I'm sure it's already posted here...somewhere. But I can't find it.
I'm using MWT Edit...think it's also referred to as the Tease Me editor?
What video formats can I use in it?

Depends what you are using it for.
nyx flash teases don't support video as far as I am aware.
tease me uses windows media player so if it plays in that it should work for tease me (windows media player needs additional decoders downloaded for some formats)
guideme will also play tease me teases but uses vlc (videolan) so again anything that works in vlc should work in guideme.
