This is a great idea - and I consider to bet against you.. But I am not sure what I can offer, and I dont really believe the NY Giants can win...
(I am european, and not a big NFL fan... but do watch it now and then)

Since I won't be able to watch the game this year I'm not going to take this up (half the fun would be watching the game with this bet in place). But one good offer would be that if the Pats win, stay denied one day for each point they lose with. :)

i would welcum the opportunity to wager with You. It's difficult, however to bet against the Pats straight up given their season this year. Perhaps W/we could come up with some sort of point spread, or base it on scoring per quarter, number of touchdowns, fumbles, touchdown passes, total score, etc. etc. It might even make it more intersesting if it were based on many of those things.

As far as what i can bet i would leave that mostly up to You i guess. Since this is cyber based i would guess that the most i could do for You is take some humiliating pics or perform on webcam for You. i am open to other suggestions however.
