Can't see/play flash teases

Good Day everyone,
I was hoping someone could help me with a recent problem I've been having with this site that started about 2 weeks ago. For some reason, flash teases don't work, or never start/load for me, so upon clicking on the tease, it just sits there... black, no loading indicator, no tease.
I have a PC, I am running IE11, and I have uninstalled and re-installed flash (flash11) more times than I can remember. I have gone to other sites that use flash with no problem, and even flash diagnostic sites that verify that I have the most recent version of flash and that it is functioning fine. Could there be a program conflict with, say a Microsoft update or something? I've tried backing up to an older restore point to see if getting rid of any updates from the last 2 weeks helps, but nothing changed.
I am a little confused as to what else to try. I looked at some older tech posts that had to do with flash not working, and none of them quite covered this situation exactly. I appreciate any help anyone is able to give.
