Yeah, I'm good up until step 4. The images won't upload. The pictures I have are a little over 120 kb, and are .jpg. It starts uploading, and the green bar in ie gets to about 40%, but no joy after that.
Any thoughts?

Hmm, I'll check it out, give me a few minutes...
EDIT: Ok, it's an Internet Explorer thing. If you have Firefox handy, use that instead. If not, just wait until I announce that this is fixed.

Hmm, sorry man, same problem in firefox, except this time I get a cute little popup that says "Up! [ok]" every so often. Heatseat did the same thing.
Well, I'm off for the night. I'll try again next time.

Oops, yeah, I just added the popup for debugging.
See you tomorrow! I'll get it working till then!

Alright, solved. Should be working now.
I actually broke it yesterday when I made some changes...
Let me know how it goes!

Growning pains...
So this time it uploads, says "upload finished" on the little icon. But when I hit save page, it says "There was an error while uploading the image. Please make sure that you upload a valid JPEG image that is smaller than 5 MB" These files aren't even close to that (150 kb). I've opened them in photoshop, and it seems to think they're jpegs...

Sorry for that.
This time it really seems to be an IE issue. So again, please try Firefox also. If it doesn't work with FF either, then there is probably something wrong with the image.
I'll do my best to fix it in IE as soon as possible, but I don't know where things go wrong yet.
Edit: I'm getting close, but I really need some sleep. I'll try again tomorrow.

Ok, phew. That error was f***ed up, but I think I got it. Now it seems to work with IE, too.
