I've been making a tease where a model is the narrator and I'm referring to her by her most common alias(not her real name)... And then I read the rules which say I can't impersonate anybody. So I thought I'd ask what you guys think about this. Will my tease be taken down by Milovana if I use the model's name?

I've seen teases where the model's name is used. e.g "A Month With Jana".
Also, I guess that just using someone else's pictures to represent yourself or a fictional character might be considered an impersonation of their looks in some way(if you want to be difficult) : P

Would it be okay if I simply state that I am not intending to impersonate this person? I merely want to use these images/videos/names to represent a fictional character.

And BTW you shouldn't create such topics on forum because the administration likes to ban things that may even seem to someone questionable.
Like anime teases that all got banned because someone thought that someone ELSE may find it kinda tied to pedophilia.

those are safe, if you page through the forum on photos there are discussions on what can and can not be used.

you can not use any models under the age of 18 even if they are draw, or fictional characters
(such as hentai/cartoons) this IS a law!.

While I agree about underage models obviously, SC's answer is the answer about how it should be in the ideal world. My answer - is how it is. You can use copyrighted material from paysites. You can use whatever names you whish. You can even use non-porn celebrity with her real name. And the thing is that while it's all arguable - noone gives a stinking fuck about what pictures you use and what text is there untill you stay reasonable and don't talk about necro/pedo/zoo, or ask people to grab a knife and harm themselves.

90% of teases use copyrighted material through either torrents or sites that bulk it without permission.
99% of cock hero vids are copyrighted material used without permission.
about 40% of teases use model's alias as the name no problem and put dirty words in her mouth. But sexy words =)
about 1 to 5%, I'd estimate, use real-life names and/or non-porn celebrity pictures, like Kira Knightley, Emma Watson, etc.
