Looking for a tease

Maybe the least original title of a topic ever.
I remember seeing a tease where you were allowed to stroke as much as you wanted but you had to do it in different difficult positions.
I think it was a regular and not a flashtease but I'm only 98% sure of that.
It seemed like a lot of fun but i didn't have time at that moment.
I can't find that tease, does anyone know which one it is?
