I am interested in this tease, but it just seems to repeat itself after a few minutes.

I'm trying to figure out if this is just supposed to be an indefinite exercise, or if its bugged and there is actually more to it..

I was expecting it to eventually get into edging and possibly introducing other breathing techniques to help prolong orgasm.

I'm pretty good at breathing through my stomach/diaphragm, but once the PC muscle flexes are introduced.. its like trying to rub your head and pat your stomach at the same time. It seems to require good muscle coordination.

It is not a bug. It is intended to keep going as long as you please. But thanks for the suggestions. If there is another one I may include that.
The tongue thing is just what people do when they do meditation or other beathing exercises. It helps control saliva.
Keep practising the exercise. It will make you feel very calm and serene. Learn this well enough and you will learn to perfectly control orgasm and have a full body orgasm.
Give up all thoughts and just focus on breathing. It is very rewarding once you do this. It will clear your mind automatically and allow you to enter into bliss
