Weight Loss BDSM style!

People who know me well will know that I am a chubby sissy *giggles*. I have been wanting to lose weight for a few years now but can never keep going long enough and keep my motivation up.
So I have a little idea.....
I thought that if a few of us who want to lose weight post weekly on this thread and give targets and encouragement to the others then it might help everyone to where they want to be. Of course there would be punishments for not meeting targets and rewards for doing well ^.^
I also thought people could post some BDSM style exercises that people might find more fun than normal boring ones xxx
Anyway that is my idea, if anyone is interested the please either post here or PM me and I will set the "game" up :)

though I think you look just fine...
As for BDSM exercises.. as if exercising by itself was not masochistic enough
it depends on if you have actual exercise equipment (elliptical..stairmaster..and so on)
it may help to have points to tie rope to such as ceiling or floor. Chin up bar...
a walking machine with your nipples or cage tied... and perhaps something to drag your balls(or pussy)
free weights with rope attached to vice clamps...
most of the videos on BDSM exercise are humilation style
nude leg lifts exposing yourself.. Pony style training..
I will have to think some more on how it would actually Work..

Two tips:
The best motivation is to notice first improvements.
There is no weightloss without diet adjustment.

I wish you all the luck in the world but you seem to be a perfectly lovely size to me. However I understand that YOU have to be happy with your appearance. I hope you find a method to reach a body that makes you feel less "chubby".

Jasmine,
I would be interested in participating/sharing goals/encouraging. My doctor indicated that I could reduce my stress and lower my blood pressure if I lose about 15-20 pounds. I have been doing ok on diet, but not as well on exercise. Having a little additional incentive would make it much more enjoyable and likely that I stick with it.

Okay so I have decided that every Friday I will post on here with my weight, how I feel and what I am doing for exercise. So, to start this week off :)
Weight - 19st 8lb
Exercise - Just work on workdays and 2 mile runs on my days off
Feel - good because I am not as bad as I thought I was, but still too chubby. Splitting my work trousers didn't help ^.^
So my aim is to get down to what I was five years ago, around 14 stone hopefully I can get down to that level :)

Sorry for the delay, my little bimbo head forgot about this thread *blushes*
I have lost 1lbs down to 19st 7lb. I was hoping for more I wont lie but due to stress and my habit of comfort eating I knew I wasn't doing well. This week I am off work however so I can concentrate on doing some exercise and getting my calorie intake down.
Yesterday went well and I had 3 set meals without snacking and didn't go mad restricting myself to around 2300 calories. hopefully during the next two weeks I can keep a downward trend going and set myself up so when I go back to work I am already in a routine.
I already know that going back to work will be difficult as they will be changing 50% of what we stock so there will lots of new things to try on my breaks, but I will try and be as good as possible.

Week 2 has gone much better. Mistress Clare has really helped me with encouragement and Master and Mistress's tasks for me have really helped. Being made to ask permission every time I eat or drink has really cut down on the random snacking between meals and helped loads :)
So over the week I managed to lose 3lbs and I am now 19st 4lbs just with less calories and 2 runs.
My aim for next week is to get down to around 19st exactly before I go back to work.
