What is wrong with the chat im trying to log in and always goes to the Authentication failed then username and password WHY?

Might have caught this faster in the techsupport area..
You aren't banned so there's no reason it shouldn't let you in. You might try from a different browser?

why cant i log in again to the chat is says connecting then dosent go into the chat
