Where to Make Custom JOI Requests

I thought this would be the appropriate place to ask if any of you have requested custom joi (or other custom fetish) clips. If so, where are the best places to request? How much should I expect to pay?
So far, I've only really come across extralunchmoney and clips4sale. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
