Hi

Have a problem with the chat. I can enter it like normal and it seems i get inside of the chat too, but i don´t see it. All i see is the background of the chat. I can write too, but i don´t see if it gets to the chat or not. Anyone a idea what the problem is?

What connection are you using, Internet explorer? google? firefox? ???
what is your flash version
windows version
and other details, if this problem is resolved please let us know
sometime it IS a glich on our side.

I have this problem since months, so i doubt it willg o away just like that.

I use google chrome, windows 7 and my flash player version is 11.8.800.97

My guess is no one that has the technical no how to help you has seen this. Not that I do either. But my suggestion would be to log in using Trillian.

Maybe I can help - I can at least attempt to guide you thru some troubleshooting steps.

Have you tried a different browser? Firefox, IE, Safari, etc?
Can you check the event log to see if anything comes up when trying to enter chat?
Have you tried booting the computer into "safe mode", and see if it works then?
Do you have problems with other sites, or just this one?
What version of java are you using? Have you removed previous incarnations?
Do you have pop-up blocker, firewall, or antivirus software installed? Can you disable, and try again?

Please try the above steps, and provide information and I'll try to help as best I can.

My guess is it's a Java problem Oda. Either with Java being disabled, or some kind of compatibility issue. You might consider using an external client to login (Spark, Pidgin, Trillian, etc)
