I wanna try my hand at creating my own Cock Hero video, and I've got almost everything planned out, except the music. Or at least, I know what music I want to use, but since I'm more at home in the rock genre than in the techno/EDM world, I want to use more rock-ish music.

What is your opinion on using rock in a cock hero video?

I used "pour some sugar on me" in my first video to kind of switch it up from the dubstep I usually use. I thought it worked great. You just have to pick the songs well. Anything can work.

I'd say for your first video try to pick simple songs with regular beat patterns. It'll make it easier to match the beats and the finished product will be more smooth. Any "pop" song works really well. They tend to be simpler beat patterns and more repetitive.

Please no speed metal!!! J/k. It's infrequent, but not unheard of. I for one would enjoy it. From what I have seen and heard, Dubstep lends itself to these videos the best because of the beat structure. So any music with beats that are easy to follow/match should work well.

It can be done. just have to find the right stuff, as always.

I do love the techno/electronic stuff though! it seems to fit so well sometimes

I've seen at least one CH: Metal vid over at pornhub. The visuals were great, but the creator (imho) picked and edited poor musical choices, some of which weren't all that "metal." "Pour Some Sugar on Me" worked great in Fail, but not in this one.

I think the concept is great, but it has to be executed well.

Know exactly what you are talking about. That video was very "not metal". The bad song selection, with poor beats ruined it.

I remember CH-Music Mix Round 3 was with some Alternative-Rock Music Evanescence - Bring me to life. I liked it, but the scenes were a bit to hardcore for most of the people here, try to keep that in mind.

I actually liked those scenes, but then again, we're into that sort of thing. Would have been better if it were less pure punishment, and more forced orgasm/bdsm sex, but that might just be me. Music mix was a great vid, only too short for something so good. I think if you are going heavy metal, the porn should be to. The harder the music, the harder the scenes, beats and overall challenge, IMO.

I'd love to see some Type O Negative in a tease, I've always found 'Bloody Kisses' to be a really sexually charged album

This is an idea I've wanted to run with for quite some time, and believe that my first shot worked out great. I made a one song video for another contest over at Empornium (voting in 2 weeks!) and I think it turned out great. Granted, I'm biased, but in my opinion, it can be done.

Me too i'm working on a cock hero based on metal music but i've just begin.
i think the beat will quite difficult to set

Had a look at that, that's exactly what I'm after! if you can make that to a full release it'll be fantastic, that was superb :)
