Download uTorrent and choose the program to open the magnet.
Or copy the magnet and paste it in add magnet link in uTorrent

That resolution is....odd. The video has a resolution. Then black lines at the top & botton like an old film....then more black lines at the sides inside the lines at the top & bottom to make it 4:3 inside 16:9 inside 4:3.
