Hi this happened to me earlier today and I was a bit confused!

I had been masturbating on and off for a couple of hours in the morning and did not cumm as I had no intention of cumming. I carried on as normal in the afternoon, my balls were achy but that was to be expected. I went to have a pee a bit later and after peeing a few drops of sperm appeared I was still soft and not aroused in the slightest, I squeezed my balls and shaft and more cumm appeared. what I DO know is if you drink lot's of fluids your body will naturally get rid of excess dead sperm when you pee

or you sweated out your water.
I would say make sure to drink your water during the day
8 glasses is recommended on hot days. (though you spread them out)

But seriously, I would imagine, that hard edging over a long period leads to the seminal tubes filling ready to ejaculate and since the cum has nowhere to go (unless you let it fly), it will have to seep out at some stage. While the testicles are responsible for sperm production, most the seminal fluid from an orgasm comes from the prostrate gland. So think of a factory and a warehouse. When idle the warehouse does not request more orders, so the excess production from the factory goes to waste. (I.E. the over production from the testicles are rerouted to the bladder instead of the prostrate producing the typical "Blue Balls") However from stimulation the warehouse is expecting a request for delivery (I.E. Orgasm) so it requests greater production from the factory. Since orgasm is not achieved but stimulation remains, the warehouse, or in this case the prostrate, simply overflows from the incoming production requests because there is simply no more room. However since there is still prolonged stimulation the body expects a delivery or orgasm and continues to request further production. As the prostrate overflows, it is not rerouted to the bladder like is possible from the testicles and it leaks out the penis.

I know its a long time since I posted to this thread but just wanted to give an update.
Recently I have been doing a lot of edging with no orgasm and the strange ruined has returned.
I am producing quite a lot and again after a pee the cumm flow out and a squeeze results in more.
I am now convinced that it is due to the 'over stimulation' and no release scenario that I am in at the moment as it is usually a hour or two every night, and has been for the last 4 weeks.
Would love to hear from anyone who has also experienced this.

Just make sure to ejaculate on a regular basis because not doing it for too long CAN result in E.D. which is both not good for you and your wife/gf/date, and CAN ruin your possibility to have natural children if you ever plan on getting kids. So just do not over do it, if you ever plan on getting kids (of course if you don't care, or don't want any then ignore this post )
