Judging would be if more than one guy or all the participants (if it's two players) reach the end of the video(s) and have not blown their load you would decide who the winner is. You could also hook up a mic or IM to someone if they should pick up the speed, grip it tighter, be more forceful in the jerks, etc.
Judging would be on how hard they stroked, who kept up to the beat better, and who impressed you more. You could impress the judge by jerking it through breaks, edging when it's an option on the breaks in Flux Dance, jerking it really hard, etc.
