For the ones who don't know it: Start the game. At the bottom there is a small arrow. Holding your mouse over it, will trigger the options menu to pop up. You can customize nearly everything there (just play a bit around).
For all: My personal rules: Emulate the girl on the knees ;). Set Mode to Automatic - Soft. When he comes set Mode to "Normal. When he comes again, set mode to "hard". If you make it through, you are allowed to come as he comes the third time.
