If your wife/mistress is the one who denied you in the first place, you need to stick to it. Follow her orders whatever they are. It might not go over too well if you're over on the forums here trying to cheat.
I'd say just enjoy it. Denial can be plenty as enjoyable as release, at least for me, just being controlled and at the whim of another.
