It really really depends on the content, and the stuff I don't like makes it a lot easier (though sometimes it's tough to even stay hard then). That actually sounds kind of like what Ultimate Surrender does with its tag team wrestling matches. They have an audience of guys (a few girls) watching girls score points by forcibly trying to get each other off. The reason of having the audience is to make it even more humiliating to lose. They did at one point have guy matches, but I guess it wasn't very popular.
