And I can't be the only one wondering what it would be like if it was a tease note in the hands of a woman instead of a sex note in the hands of a man. Maybe they should think about that for a sequel?

Keep imagining a woman writing down names and dates, and the date is when the guy will be able to have an orgasm again. If she doesn't write any date at all, then he's permanently denied. Really good potential for a story there, especially if she focuses on one guy she keeps putting in the book... And making the date of release further away each time.

Yeah, that would be an...interesting movie. Of course, there's the issue of who to cast. Usually I like to just pick whoever most closely physically resembles the character.

What about Sasha Gray for Misa? If, of course, she was willing to dye her hair blonde. Sasha might not be the best choice, but I can't think of anyone else off the top of my head. Have any suggestions?
