What classifies as one stroke?
Is UP, DOWN 1 or 2 stokes?

I asked this previously, because I was doing the Cock Hero videos and felt I was lasting too long for just starting them. Initially, I thought 1 stroke was just up, OR down. Then I asked, and found it is decided that:

1 stroke=1 full up & down movement

OR conversely One full circle of your clit.

but It should be your entire length base to tip
up and down.

or a full swirl.

I wondered that at first actually. I guess it is personal taste too, for example on the slower ones I wondered if it meant to do a quick down up, wait wait , down up, or to do a slow down and slow up to bridge the time between beats, which is my personal preference.

I use lube, and I prefer equating one stroke to either an up or a down motion, otherwise I don't last very long.

for slow ones you can either go sow up and then... slow down
or do your method, but try to not "squeeze" your dick while waiting.

just for fun try taking a whole second to just go up pause a second at tip and then a whole second to go down.. it really is an evil experience.
