What is this and how do I play, the tl;dr version.
Custom Tease Instructor is a game that adds a new dimension to masturbation. Here's how you'll get started:
1. Go to
http://www.mediafire.com/customtease and download all instruction cards.
2. Look at the cards, take the ones you like.
3. Start a slideshow (refer to HOWTOSLIDESHOW.jpg in the folder you downloaded) containing those instruction cards and your other pornographic images at about 1 instruction card per 10 other images ratio.
4. Stroke your penis at 10 strokes for each slide and follow instruction card orders from this point. Remember not to cum without permission. Do not exit until the tease ends or you have cum. Have fun.

Setup
1. I don't save porn. Where do I get lots easily?

3. Are there more cards? Where do I get them?
Yes, some that I've missed but they should mostly be in the all cards package. It gets updated pretty often. For ones not included check out the CTI threads at /d/.
4. 1/10 ratio? Really? Seems awfully low.
That's the suggestion, but nothing prevents you from using 1/5 or something if you want instructions more often.
5. So the slideshow picture changes in 10 seconds? Seems too long to me.
I really suggest 10 seconds, you'll get used to it and it'll be more enjoyable in the long run. But once again, feel free to use what you will.
6. Any other suggested starting stroke rates than 10? 10 is too slow for me.
10 is a very good starting rate for 10 second slide duration. Another great choice is 0, if you like to tease yourself more. Use more if you want.
7. Start with 0? Really? What if get a double the stroke rate-card?
Then you'll do 2x0 strokes per slide. Which is still zero.
8. Pause the slideshow? How?
Use the Pause button on your keyboard. There is one, I promise. To resume, press space.
Advanced gameplay
1. So I've got the basics down. Receive instruction, obey. As soon as they appear, right?
No. You must listen to your mistress intently. Stop stroking whenever an instruction card is shown and do not begin doing whatever it's telling you to do until it's gone. Except, of course, the card tells you to start right away.

2. I'm confused. I keep getting instruction cards and don't know which ones to follow. Am I still under this Nice Mistress card?
If there's a conflict between general guidelines and what reads in the card, the card is always right. Generally speaking Nice Mistress cards override Rough Mistress cards and the other way around. Other than that you'll have a stroke rate which is varied mainly by Stroke It! cards but also by many other cards. Your stroke rate is what the latest order was. For example if you used to stroke at 10 per slide and a Rough Mistress told you to halve it you are now under the influence of a Rough Mistress and must stroke 5 times per slide.
3. So I'm not supposed to cum without a permission? It's kind of late now though, I already came.
You're not supposed to cum without permission, it's the point of this game. You must stop stroking if you are about to cum (see edging in Masturbation manual) and for edging without permission you must ignore the next Chance to Cum and endure a hands off period of five slides. If you actually came without permission the punishment is much more severe - you're not allowed to cum in 48 hours.
4. Stroking motion? That's up AND down, right?
Yes.
5. Wait, I have 10 000 images. I don't have the time to sit through all of them.
Two easy solutions here: use less images OR use a timer to signal the end of tease. With 10 seconds per slide you can direcly control the amount of slides shown by an alarm from your cell phone. I use a cell phone alarm myself, it also gives a nice sense of randomization not only to the images but also to the instruction cards.
6. Okay, cool. So I didn't cum. When can I start another one.
You can start another tease right away if you're up for it. As long as you weren't told not to by an instruction card. Some prefer to have 24 hours between teases though.

That's not a question. But once again, it's a customizing game. Feel free to put only Nice Mistresses and Chances to Cum in if want to have variety in masturbation. Only use instructions you're comfortable in a tease!
8. Hold on, if I get a Chance to Cum do I need to follow my established stroking pattern or can I go wild?
Unless the card says otherwise you can stroke as you like. For a really hard mode feel free to only follow the stroking pattern.

You don't have to use Chances to Cum. It's a chance, a possibility. You can ignore it.
10. I got a key card. What am I supposed to do with a key?
Keys let you out of chastity belts. Refer to the text in the key card for how that particular key works.
11. CHASTITY belts? What the fuck do they do?
The effect of the chastity belt is usually described in the Into the Chastity Belt card. If not, you may stroke as normal while in the chastity belt but you can't cum until you get out.
12. What ratio should I use instructions in?
It's up to you but a starting point is nice to have I guess. Try
40% Stroke It!
30% Rough Mistress
10% Nice Mistress

13. Okay so I'm making this card but I'm not sure if it's a Cruel or a Rough Mistress.
Stamina game rules in brief
-Only play once a day, you are in a chastity belt when not playing so no touching when not playing
-Begin with Stage 1 cards (Stamina Training) and enough porn to make them ~10% of all images
-5 strokes a slide, all credits found are kept for future teases. You can't have negative credits
-If you have to stop yourself from cumming forcibly the punishment is one credit and the tease is over for that day.
-Stage one has no chances to cum. When you reach the Stop card you can enter stage 2 with its own cards (stamina set decision) and that costs one credit.
-If you don't enter stage 2 the game is over for the day
-If you do enter stage 2 draw a single card from that deck (start a random slideshow with ONLY stage 2 instruction cards. the first one to show is your card)
-Now you MUST do what the card tells you to do if you can afford it. If you can't afford it the tease is over and you just spent one credit for nothing. See you tomorrow at stage 1
-Remember that all the chances to cum are in stage 2 and cost a hefty amount of credits (don't enter stage 2 with a single credit if you really want to cum. Save it instead)

1. Edging. Explain.
