Chastity Diary

Do you know a kind of diary, where are tasks in how to tease on day 1, 2, 3, and so on? Maybe for zhe first year or the first month a diary could be written and then there is maybe a idea how to use the diary after the time. But the bedinning is that we have a page for everyday and of course you have to be strong enough and keep your self from reading more then allowed, but I think it is possible. I look for something like that. Or some blogs where you would say that it is easy to just follow and do the same like the slave day by day. Or we have teases like that?
I am happy for every idea.
