Needs input from the ladies

Hi- I'm in my 40's, but would like some input from the Dominant ladies. ....My question is: Ladies, If you had the power to place males in chastity devices, at what age would you start them on the road to chastity and orgasm denial? A. 16 and under B. 16-18 C. 18-21 D. Over 21.

I'm not a lady, but as a fantasy about what would be most frustrating, I'd say something like this:
1) A boy is kept chaste untill he gets developed and with sexual drive.
2) Then he's placed for two weeks in a sort of heaven, where he's unlocked and free, with lots of willing girls around. He's pleasured in any way possible, just so he knows what he's missing afterwards. He's taught sexual arts there too.
3) Then he's locked again permanently untill he gets married and only his wife may unlock him.
Something like that.
