The ever popular question is this:
If you lose control, how do you punish yourself? If you can't control yourself, what's your penance?

I mean the seemingly logical answer is no touch/denial. But for me that kind of defeats the purpose of abstaining from orgasm. We do it to be horny, sensitive, to enjoy edge after edge, right. So no touch is rather counterproductive, even though fitting punishment. Plus, if i can't have sex, my gf can't (more or less), and that's a major bummer...

So how do you deal with accidents?

well the problem with punishments
is that there really is no ONE forumla that works for everyone.!

so here is what I have subbies do
make a list of thing that are as close to limit, that is
if you say"I REALLY do NOT want to do that!!, but I might if I was pushed..."
that is a great punishment!

the basic categories of punishment are:
humiliation
(crawling, acting silly, writing I failed on body, public humiation...
pain
(light slap, whip, canning....
feminization
lipstick, dress, panties...
denial
days, weeks, months)
forced orgasms
(or tickling dom after play)
drinking pee/ eating cum (or other nasty things)

and then there are more individualised things like
No coffee for a week or must wear blue...

what you want is something you might do on a dare, but would never, Ever want to do! (normally)
but still something you would be willing to do.

None. I do it for fun, and do not intend to incorporate punishments. If I hold out it's fun. If I cum it's still pleasurable and fun and I get the most of it.
