Chat Issues

All of a sudden i can't connect to chat??

Everything seems to be ok on our end. Are you using the web-based client? Any chance you might be connecting through a firewall that blocks unknown ports (most company firewalls do for example) or anything like that?

I am also having issues. Yesterday it was working fine but today I select launch chat and it opens a new tab and brings up the loading bar but then nothing happens.
