I've been experimenting with T&D. I'm normally a Dom. So I don't really have any experience with this. Is this normal?

Just from my own experience my stomach has never hurt after a ruined orgasm or denial. My balls obviously get a sore feeling from it. I am sure someone here will be able to help more.

If you suspect you have a medical problem, the only acceptable course of action is to consult a doctor. As far as I know, no one here is a doctor.

I don't know if it's usual but for what it's worth, I get the same thing. From my small knowledge of biology, there are a lot of nerves that run from your balls to your stomach muscles so a swift kick to the balls can often end in stomach pain, I can't see why a ruined orgasm shouldn't. It can get pretty painful but it Fades normally for me. :)

I think you should go to the doctor...

When I retain a lot an orgasm before having it, sometimes I pull a muscle near my abs (and although not intended, it pretty ruins this orgasm xD). If the pains only fades away, it could be the problem. If not, go to the doctor ;)

have you tried 'completing' your orgasm since? this may relieve some pressure and aid the problem.

In what manner did you ruin the orgasm?

Also if any pain continues or doesn't go away quickly I would definitely consult a Doctor. You want to make sure you are ok.
