Can you create wiki pages for Nyx?

If I ran the world, you'd start with reference pages. One page being a list of commands (pic, delay, vert, etc). Another page being your todo list rather than having it in the forum thread. A third page might be an empty FAQ page that you'd care about, and a fourth page would be ......

The end-user need is sound, though. Is there somewhere, even a forum thread, where you can post a list of commands?

Yes the help system will feature a command reference and a FAQ page as well as several tutorials on Nyx and on the scripting language.
