unable to edit once created, I need to alter remove some of the text however I keep getting an error saying

There was an error while uploading the image. Please make sure that you upload a valid JPEG image that is smaller than 5 MB.

any ideas.

Which browser are you using? We've had some issues where people were able to work the problem by using a different browser.

Meanwhile I'm going to take another look at the problem. Our uploader is pretty dated, maybe it's time to switch to a different one.
