Not currently. As I keep working down the roadmap, I'll be overhauling certain features and Image Tags will definitely be one of them (in terms of ease of use in creating them)

This isn't actually the case, tags for any given picture aren't saved until you click "<<", ">>" or "Finished". When taging new images, the checkmarks stay as they were for the previous image because I found it made tagging domme images easier since similar pictures were often grouped together

Maybe a tab in the "settings" that you can only access via password? I don't know, I'd imagine that'd be complicated to accomplish from a programming perspective, but not knowing even what your odds are would really up the tension of playing, in my opinion.
Further to that idea, and assuming what I suggested was possible, what if someone could manage your settings remotely? Like if someone could edit and email you a settings file, that you add to your folder, resulting in their secret percentages locked in and hidden behind a password?
Again, sounds like it might be tough to accomplish, but it would also really raise the tension and stakes.
Everything you've described sounds doable, I'll put it in the suggestions list but there's a few critical things I'll have to get through first before I can really look at this.

Is it particular kinds of files that won't play? Tease AI won't look for flv files for instance, but the program should be able to play any movie files you can play through WMP normally.
As for gifs, part of what I've been doing with patch 45 is a massive overhaul of the way images are handled i an attempt to fix GDI errors and problems with gifs. Once 45 is out, I'm hoping most if not all of the lingering image issues including gifs are finally resolved

You can use the Command Filter @NeverAllowsOrgasm in List type scripts to achieve this if you want, so in the Vocabularly file #Cock you could add stuff like
@NeverAllowsOrgasm permanently denied dick

In StrokeTaunts you could add stuff like

Total Brat won't be released as scripts over time, it wouldn't work. Total Brat will remember things, follow up on things, ask you to get things, grow ideas and all sorts of stuff. All the scripts will have to be in place before I can release Total Brat.
Right now I'm focusing mainly on addressing critical and lingering issues with the program (Image handling, finishing the Glitter implementation, etc). Then I'll be overhauling features that need it. Once that's done, patches will consist mostly of bugfixes, suggestions and features I add in as I go while making Total Brat.
First thing to check would be, do you have the directories/URL Files that you want to use checked in the Images tab?
