The level of freckles is different, but that could be due to differences in season of year and amount of recent sun exposure, or due to camera and lighting differences. I went through a long but unfruitful search for the girl in my link; all I got were lots of hits of exactly the same one video; I'd be excited to learn that there were other scenes of her out there.
