To Everyone: Sorry about the delay in my responding, Saturday was a 100mile bike race, followed by 7.5 hours in a car to race in an Ironman 70.3 event this morning, and then repeating the car trip (as we speak) back home.... So needless to say, time on a computer hasn't existed.

I did a 100 mile bike race Saturday and did a half Ironman on Sunday... I'm doing a full Ironman later this year :) Triathlon is far to fun and addictive
