Question for fellow sufferers: How are you guys getting the videos loaded? The links aren't clickable, and in my browser, since the text is part of a Flash I can't copy and paste them either. I'm having to open a new window, and type them in from memory (usually in a couple of parts because I can't remember the whole thing) then go back and check the original against what I typed.

Now that they are timed in the tease, that's losing me a lot of time.

Please tell me there's an easier way.

Wow that was by far the best session so far. I was pretty much on the edge for the full duration of the last video and it took like 15 minutes to get soft in the end. Hopefully we will get more "intense" sessions like today as i think we will if it was classified only as medium. Can't wait for the rest of the 30 days, thank you again Jana!
