Two ways. With some sites you can just do it directly, like any other picture, you just have to find one that works. Or you can do what StellaRack did: download the gift then add it as a file in the "Attachments" tab when you make the post. Because he already did that, I was able to right click his gif, open it in a new tab, and then add it to this post like any other image. I also searched around a bit and found a version of your gif that I could use like this. Hopes this helps!
