Thanks to google translate (and with a little creative license from me) I was able to translate this card.
It reads (roughly):
"If you get a c-card while performing this task, go, in dutch, beg for a fresh load of cum from your mistress!"
Probably not correct but its the best I could get.

Its closer to something like this "Next time you get a C card, while performing the task, you must beg in Dutch for a fresh load of cum from your Mistress"
