I'm trying to get myself a nice apartment or something there, but it's really hard to find a good one at a price range where it can be afforded as a vacation home, you know. I never seem to be able to get past the realtor's first screenings.

I'm starting to think that it may only be available as a place of residence to certain types of people, and that I don't qualify.

Yeah, a vacation once in a while is probably all I can hope for. I hear only... I think the realtor called them "studs" and "real men"... gets to move in more permanently. I have no idea what she was suggesting.
