Hey Miss Jay! Sorry to hear you aren't feeling well... Especially with your birthday tomorrow!

I am a Medical Doctor, so I would of course be willing to head directly to England if you think you could use the services of a personal physician! As an added bonus I have also been told that I provide high quality, very relaxing all body massages (including feet!)

Of course Mistress D would probably want to come along too, but we could just send her shopping (she always likes that when she's somewhere new) so that I could tend to your needs... Medical needs that is of course!

orange juice 1/3 of a cup
1/4 lemon squeezed in
large spoonful of sugar
top up with hot water
