I'll be completely honest, I was not a fan. (Sure, punishment and all that, but still).
Not writing this to harp on your choice or anything, actually debated with myself if I should even comment on it, but as we usually do give some kind of feedback on the tasks handed out, I will briefly note my issues with this video:

My single biggest problem with this video is how it starts out "beat it as hard and fast as you can handle" and then continues going "harder", "faster" for almost 20 minutes. It's instructions, sure, but it becomes impractical nonsense when there is no reason to what is going on.

Also, I'm not about the "make it hurt" idea, which I suppose is preference to some extent. But really playing it for hours on end (as per 6-7 times) is something I'll just say a firm "no" to.

No hard feelings, though. Just to be absolutely clear.
