The very last chip last night was probly the worst of the day ! i didnt know what to do with myself ! i felt a bit dizzy you know when your not quite sure what you need ! Well i lay down but that was even worse (suddenly felt vv hot ) but eventually i sorted myself out haha

So i think i will try and do my last session a bit earlier today maybe !
