First off, congrats on your first video tease, born4this. Your first effort was well-produced and, as you can see from the wealth of replies here in this thread, very well-received from CH fans.
So with that said, I'm going to bring you down a notch.
As I've stated, this is a very fine effort for your first time out and, your theme on focusing on one performer is neat angle that I think many Milovanians (have we used that before?) will enjoy. Yet at the same time, I like to challenge you - and for that matter other future creators of 'Cock Hero' type video teases - in making your video teases more "unique." I type this because, after reading a couple comments from some revered members, there's a feeling that some of the more recent CH videos have become a bit more redundant. I don't completely agree with that assessment, but there are certain points made that, after viewing your nice CH video again, make me think as video tease creators, we could try to differentiate our teases to make them each unique.
Now, that's not say your video tease, CH Hero - Gracie Glam, isn't your unique creation - as I stated above, focusing on one adult performer is a new, fun angle and look forward to seeing your future works as well. But as the video opens, one simple change could be your intro style which pretty much is the same as Vindicare's "CH Flux" series.
That and a couple songs you've used have been used before in other Cock Hero videos. Not a big thing, but just an example of how you could made a simple change to make your CH video tease a bit more unique.
That said, two things that stood out that were cool - obviously, the choice of the adult model as Gracie Glam is a charmer and the "countdown to completion" ending. THAT was really cool and I think you're going to see a few CH editors borrow that idea (LIKE ME!
).
So, going to break it down, round by round, with my East German Olympic judge's hat on.
Round 1: Good beat, decent tune and the footage is nice. A pretty good warm-up tho I think you should've shown a bit more of Gracie Glam's peachy round butt, as it stands out in a good way.
A note on the Break Times between Rounds: One thing you may want to do in future CH Pornstar Editions is to show outtakes/interview/bloopers of the adult performers your presenting. The more the viewer can see the sexy charm of these performers in these types of breaks, the hotter they become, IMHO.
Round 2: A decent round and the music selection is ok (tho used before in a previous CH video tease). It kinda reminds me why I like going to the gym sometimes - to watch women do aerobics.
Kidding aside, I think you should've made some edits to take out some unnecessary parts. An example: the portion of video from 7:02-7:10 could've been edited out as I don't think stroking to a closeup of a stepping machine is really alluring.
Round 3: This was a very well done round. Excellent music selection as it fits the action quite well. Good stroke beat changes as well.
Round 4: Once again, very good music selection here. Your beat changes start getting a little interesting here; the quick 1-2 1-2 rhythm is a little difficult, but got it after the second wave.
Round 5: Heh, you're doing well with the music selection. While this scene has been used previously, it's a pretty good scene for what you're doing - just wish you included some of the scene audio, as there's some dirty talk from Gracie in this scene that would be pretty hot to hear.
Round 6: Ok, this is where you get a little crazy. I think I wouldn't have passed this round IF the stroke beat wasn't so complex. You may want to have the beat change text warning earlier as well as the description of the beat change earlier. Hot action, but I was paying too much attention to getting the stroke beat right to really enjoy it. And I think this song has been used a couple times in other CH videos (but it is a good song, tho).
Round 7: I love this song, but I think you really missed an opportunity to creatively cut to it.
The action of the first is pretty nice - the beat takes some time getting used to. Second scene is ok, something about the scene bothers me (not exactly sure what).
I really like the final scene, but I felt you could've made a simple cut to make it flow a bit better:

- As it's her first anal scene and the first anal scene you presented, you missed an opportunity to really build up to it. Another suggestion - I would have ended with the cumshot, as this could've naturally transitioned to your final "countdown" scene really well.
Final Round: A very very sound idea, and one I'm going to borrow in the near future.
Love how the footage that rolls with the credits... I think this type of "playful" footage should be used in the Breaks between Rounds.
So, take the criticisms, not as a negative sign, but more of encouragement of things you may want to think about when you plan your next one. Overall, it's a great debut and look forward to seeing your future works.
