Hi Tommy, I actually have that fixed in the current code, but real life has been interfering with my other activities and I haven't gotten that released yet. I have been researching possible solutions to the false trojan/virus warnings and haven't bothered to release an update until I can make some progress there since it seemed to be a significant issue for people.
I'm in the process of documenting and testing the instructions for manually installing python etc and running the downloader from source to help those who are bothered by the false trojan/virus warnings, and I will post an update with my current code soon. My intent is to make that happen by the end of this week.
The next couple months are going to be very busy for me so I'm trying to get a new release out before that hits.
I have also recently discovered what the author claims to be a "permanent" fix to the trojan/virus issue but it's much more complicated and I haven't had time to follow up on it, so that may not happen until November, or even early next year.

Hi PlayfulGuy,
thank you for creating this. Now I am kinda getting into all of this little older GuideMe stuff.
If I understand correctly this software is for downloading/archiving EOS/Flash Teases, right? Or is there a possibility to get old GuideMe Teases working? I have downloaded the Teaso Downloader already but I am quite sure that I am not able to grasp how it works yet.
I am a little overwhelmed by all the things I learned the past few days so maybe I am also just wrong asking about that stuff here
Thank you a lot in advance!

yes it is to download milovana webteases after downloading you can open the xml with the program guideMe
viewtopic.php?f=26&t=12944 .
to download a webtease simple start the milodownloader.exe copy the webtease url in the field and set a destination folder and click download. ( Some webteases will not work with the downloader, then try an other webtease)
lately the milodownloader is blocked by the windows defender. you need to disable the virus real time scan to be able to open the milodownloader.

For clarity, you don't have to disable the real time scan. When Defender complains about the file you can click the notification and then tell it to allow that file, basically making an exception for it, but leaving the scanning active for other potential threats.
And if you find teases that don't work properly after downloading please let me know which ones. I am continuing to update the downloader to address as many knwon issues as I can, but I can;t test all of the teases out there

I want to applaud you for your work on this app; it's such a complex piece of work!

I can't begin to try getting my head around all the features and the multitude of settings unfortunately but it really tickles me how much this community is hardcore dedicated to getting their rocks off! I mean, how much wanking can one do! And hell knows I do enough already...
I have Windows Defender turned off as much as I'm aware is possible but sadly it still zapped the exe for me. I'm not suspicious so don't worry but I restored the file and it hasn't gotten it this time. What was strange that I got no warning and nothing is appearing in the protection history. Ah well, it's just too bad this app is too good for Microsoft!

Did find a bug for
this one (https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=52426). Some of the sound files don't download correctly including ones crucial to the tease. The pictures all seemed to be fine and some of the mp3s are OK.
Hope this is useful!

The problem with sound files is fixed in the current version of the downloader.
I tested it on this tease and all the sound files downloaded properly.
However, this tease did uncover a couple other issues I'll address as well before I upload the new version, which I will be uploading soon.

Thanks, and yeah, my signature says it all for me
If you have questions about any of the settings just ask. If you're wondering others probably are too.
Some teases work best with one set of settings, while other teases will break with those settings, so there is some experimentation involved, but my ultimate goal is to get to where "most" teases just download and work.

I have uploaded a new version of the downloader (0.93) and updated the links in the first post of this thread.
The source code zip file also includes instructions for installing python and running the downloader from source for anyone who is concerned by the false trojan warnings from Windows Defender.
I ran the "compiled" release version through VirusTotal and it was flagged by 2 of 58 virus scanners.

- Downloader 0.93 VT 20211004.jpg (214.49 KiB) Viewed 2940 times
This release fixes the issue with some audio files not downloading properly.
Other improvements:
I also added code to automatically fix potential dead end pages in certain circumstances.
Fixed the hotkey customization. You can add custom hotkey mappings in hotkeys.txt.
I thought this was already in there but it was not working properly.
Misc other improvements to the code and resulting guides.
I expect to be very busy with work for several weeks and will likely have limited time and brain power for working on the downloader. This release is pretty stable and does a decent job, but I still have several issues to address when time and energy permits.
I will try and check in here regularly and answer questions when I can.
Enjoy,

I had a look at these and this is what I found
EStim Bondage - https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=43957
In version 0.93 this now downloads and converts with a few warnings that can be ignored, but I don't think it will work properly. It uses a timed global button in a manner that's not compatible with GuideMe. This feature could be done differently but not easily. I don't have the time to dig any deeper right now, but I have this one on my list of ones to try and address.
Estim Milgram experiment V2 - https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=47098
When I first tried this one the downloader crashed with an "index out of range" error while processing the init module.
I fixed the issue of it crashing the tease, but the tease still has a couple other conversion issues I haven't had time to address yet.
One I addressed easily enough by modifying the cached copy of the source EOS script after downloading it, then running the "download" again using the modified copy. Fixing it in the downloader will take some time, but is basically number one on my list for the next release.
I have to do a significant re-write of the function that converts the "init" module from EOS into javascript for GuideMe. This module has several issues and messes up a number of teases that use extensive javascript and unusual, but valid coding in the init module.
However, the original tease online doesn't seem to work quite properly either, and my downloaded version actually behaves the same way as the tease online (except for the sound handling), so I'd say that's a good conversion!
Estim - Project Faraday Pt. 2 - https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=48975
Fixed a few issues and it now downloads and converts without errors but does not work properly. I need to do more investigating to nail down why not.
Estim teases are going to remain problematic for some time yet.
The handling of sound files needs to be modified in GuideMe so it works the same way it does in EOS. I'm not able to modify GuideMe so far, so we need eroticdevelopment to handle that. The only other alternative is a significant re-write of the downloader, and even then I won't be able to fix everything, so getting estim teases working may be something that is never perfect, and it will take time. Maybe a long time. Sorry about that.

I tested this with the current version (links in first post of this thread) and it seems to be working properly.
You can ignore any warnings about dead end pages. They all seem to be okay.

Hi.

I'm having a problem with Mortal Kombat - Outworld - Part 1 Final teaser. (
https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=52249) For some reason, the sound on the page plays not once, as it should, but every time you click the "Continue" button. How can this be fixed?
There is also a problem with Hero Corruption v0.8d teaser. (
https://milovana.com/webteases/showtease.php?id=51942) At the beginning all goes well, but after two hits in the battle with the girl appears a black screen with the "Victory!" button.
