This is purely evil. Its so hard that i doubt most wont make it through without edging. Stroking was done on both the 30s and 40s timings. Today I want you to complete a 4 rung ladder and a 5 rung ladder, you must leave at least a 2 hour gap between them.

Just in case you don't know what a ladder is:

A ladder is basically a set of edges in a row and each edge is a rung on the ladder. For these ladders the base time is 5 seconds so wheh you reach the edge for the first rung you hold it for 5 seconds then have a 5 second rest (5 X 1). The second rung you hold for 10 seconds then get a 10 second rest. (5 X 2). So you complete the ladder by going up rung 1, 2, 3 & 4 then back down 4, 3, 2 & 1 for the first ladder then 1-5 and 5-1 for the second.
