getting confused with these time zones, so 2 am EST is is 7 am GMT right ?

i see the list is full, so i ll just pick comfortable hour for me wich is 3 AM EST.

2 AM EST = 6 AM GMT

For the time zones I think it's best to use the time of your post in the forum as orientation.
It confuses me also, every time zone website shows another time.

So, I'll be starting my shift at 9.00am EST which is one and a half hours from now just in case anyone is confused by daylight savings time (9.00am EDT is half an hour from now).

you're right we're on edt and not est
Eastern Standard Time (EST) = GMT-5
Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) = GMT-4
