It's from a series of "vampire" porn, from Evil Angel and directed by John Stagliano. The series is called "Voracious" and the clip at 23:45 is from "Voracious - Episode 1".

The girls in that scene are Lea Lexis and Brooklyn Lee.

Just chiming in that I loved this CH. Nearly everything about it is astounding. I agree with others who didn't like the ending as much, mainly because that ending allowed me to win this CH a bit too easily. It's not my cup of tea, that's all. I'd suggest looking at some of the Cum Challenge vids for improvements here. Those have some of the best reward rounds, especially if you like countdowns. Otherwise, fantastic job. When I first saw the theme at the beginning, I knew I was in for something really special and smart. It didn't disappoint.

I liked Supermokkori's point: This raises the standard for CHs a bit. This is not to say that I won't happily take a nice, standard entry from x802snow (are you kidding me?), Ganky, or anyone else, but it would be really cool to see other themes. Hey, this genre is ever evolving, and that's the way it should be.
