Nah, This stuff is very good but I don't go overboard lol. A few pints with a couple of friends in a pub or after a day's work at home..... Guinness is good anytime

I want you to take your nettles and put them down your pants and go for a 15 minute walk! Keep the nettles there for 30 minutes after your walk as well!!

After you have taken the nettles out- put 5 ice cubes down your pants or have a cold shower!

Every time I picked up something nettle-esque it turned out to be a soft feeling standard weed.

haha i just saw that bit about poison or somthing in the link C did and its a bit worrying haha i have got both bunches at the tops and the nettles themselves
