errm its up to you really ! but i would say small because its quite dry and if you have too much it can be quite a chore to get through ! In terms of milk i would say as little as possible as the more you have the easier it is in terms of taste, and this is for Miss Jay's entertainment after all saying that maybe a big bowl too ! its up to you really ! bon appetitite
