@Jana: One idea about control and improving ourselves I had the other day, maybe you like it:
Maybe everyone of us should choose a personal measurable goal. For me this would be to less procrastinate while being supposed to work (measurable in minutes). I had this idea while I was again surfing the web instead of working For others the measurable goal might be a lower calories intake to loose some weight, less tv time, less cigarettes per day, etc.
According to success there could be a reward proportional to the measured success, maybe some stroking. Or a punishment, maybe like having to wear nipple clamps for some time.
