Nurse Ratched was one evil nurse that took pleasure in making the male "residents" of the mental hospital feel like they were beneath her. *grin* I am so glad she will attending to you. *giggling some more*

Shell, I'd have to go for 2,3 and 4 out of the nurse photos. Nurse Ratched's method of evil is a bit too much on the psychotic side and too little on the sexy side for me to willingly serve. Especially considering her methods caused one of the guys to kill himself.
