It was... difficult! The edges I did with 15-20 minutes apart from one another - I thought that would be better than just rushing through. And that ruined orgasm... I never have watched Nip and Tuck. But I know what you are talking about. The same sort of thing happened on a show called Bones. The shows title was Death in the Shadow.

And I hate this. I guess S&M is an easy target for comedy writers, or fiction writers who need a joke. I've almost never seen BDSM depicted realistically. And it's so, so often for laughs.
