In one of the earlier questions, about what a submissive person can do to get you going, you answered begging of all sorts, but I noticed both examples you gave of begging were not for reward. One was for spanking and one was for more ball squeezing. So that leads into...

Is begging for punishment more pleasing than begging for reward, or is all begging created equal?

Yes. I will not go into many details, so not to bring the atmosphere down, but yes I did. Having seen BDSM books and magazines in the 8th grade, I was drawn to it from early on.

I brought these desires up to a man that I was dating and unfortunately it was a mistake. It was the beginning of his abuse, that was physical, mental, emotional and sexual.
I didn't bring it up again until I met Hubby2. It took a lot of courage to tell him, because I was terrified of going down that abusive path again. But of course, no more abuse took place. *smile*
