Today is the fourth day, today we have to ejaculate in our mouths and we have to gargle then pour it into a glass and drink it again we drop it sensually and we can't wash our mouths I was already doing that to get used to the taste

Wow, I'm in awe of your progress. I just finished week 1 day 7 a minute ago. It is much easier if I ruin instead of fully cumming. I tried an experiment this time. First I ruined onto my face and I could easily keep it there smiling for 90 seconds. Then I tried again except I didn't ruin. There was a huge amount of cum and instant regret, lol. I smiled but it was probably not a convincing smile. Maybe I will do better next time in week 2.

good today I will do 2 and I don't know how to do the punishment for not meeting the schedule
so I will do the 20th and 21st but I don't know if I will do both together on the same day since today's is a free choice

Ok, this might be a bit harsh, but you asked for it.
You need to remember to stick to your plan, so I will assign you some homework that will be a physical reminder of the consequences for failing to do that. Your homework has 2 parts and I want you to do them both before you complete your next day.
1. You need to do some exercises so that your body will be sore tomorrow. This will also help with your flexibility for performing these tasks. I want you to do all of the following exercise tasks before you complete your next day.
- Stretch for 10 minutes. Do static stretches of your upper and lower body. Extend until you reach minor discomfort and then hold and breathe.
- Pushups X15, Situps X25, Superman 60 seconds, Squats x40, Fire hydrants, X10 for each leg, Planks 60 seconds, Wall sits 60 seconds, Mountain climber x20
- Stretch again for 10 minutes. Relax and focus on your breathing.
- This is the part to make you sore. During the course of the day you need to do 100 more squats, 100 more situps, 20 more fire hydrants for each leg, and at least 2 minutes more of planks and superman. You don't have to do it all at once, but you need to hit those numbers before you do part 2 of your homework.
2. Edge at least 10 times before you complete your next day's assignment. This will probably result in an extra large load going on your face, but I want you to remember that you asked for this and you need this in order to correctly learn this new habit.

Finished week 2 day 2. Was surprised by what she asked me to say "empty your balls on my face," but I said it out loud and was surprised to hear my own voice saying that
The rest wasn't too hard actually. Maybe this is starting to get easier. I opened my mouth a little and smiled and quite a lot of semen did indeed get into my mouth and I held it there for the count of 10. I didn't ruin either.
